We educate our clients through each step of the partnering process:

We provide them with the tools, templates and processes for effective partnering at each stage of the partnership process. This may include creating processes and procedures for our clients’ in-house teams to follow in the future. We also run programs on the broader context issues associated with making partnerships and alliances work, the benefits and secrets of successful partnering and avoiding the common pitfalls.

To make the education process faster and more effective, our education style is to use experiential learning which is learning through the reflection on-doing. Our experienced partnership specialists are passionate about their work and are able to immerse participants totally in the experience, allowing them to learn from their peers and the learning atmosphere created.

Having used experiential learning to develop their internal partnering and alliancing capability, we find our clients are better able to form long-lasting partnerships.

Each education program and seminar is tailored to the needs of the audience and may be preceded by a current capability assessment.
