As a partnership broker and intermediary, Affinity Maker™ helps organisations to identify, build, strengthen and sustain alliances and partnerships.

Our role is to enable the partners to be more effective and the partnership to maximise its potential. While the partners come to the table with the knowledge and expertise from their own organisation, Affinity Maker™, as Broker/Intermediary, will manage the whole Partnership Process, allowing the partners to focus on their organisation's objectives and those of the partnership.

To be engaged, Affinity Maker™ is contracted by one of the partners or by the partnership to:

• Explore the feasibility of adopting a partnership approach

• Investigate setting up new partnerships or alliances by spotting partnership opportunities between organisations, identifying target partners and brokering relationships for organisations.
  

• Facilitate negotiations to develop a partnership and / or a partnering agreement
  

• Maintain or monitor the effectiveness of partnerships over time
  

• Build the business’ internal capability to deliver partnerships and sustain outcomes effectively.
  

• Repair underperforming, damaged or broken partnerships for organisations focused on improving existing partnership or alliance performance.
  

By having an objective perspective, we work on behalf of all the parties involved to ensure the integrity of the partnership process.
